Ask HN: Any great blog posts discussing results of A/B Testing?

I am working on an article to compile research from designers, developers, and Internet marketers who have tested various SEO/UI tweaks. I know there are lots of writers on here who like to report what they find and share with the community.

If anybody has any great blog posts or case studies they could share, I will definitely peruse the bunch. Thanks in advance!

These are the ones I've read recently. If I remember any others, I'll update.

Great thank you!

There was a really good presentation on this a couple of weeks back in Austin. I think it is recorded here: http://engineering.indeed.com/blog/2013/05/indeedeng-data-dr...

Yeah this is great! Pretty recent as well, thanks so much for sharing it looks interesting.

Definitely check out Kyle Rush's report on the optimization of the Obama Campaign's donation page via A/B testing. Here's the link:http://kylerush.net/blog/optimization-at-th e-obama-campaign-ab-testing/

the devs at thumbtack.com maintain a blog w/ 2-3 excellent posts on the subject. i liked these because the authors clearly have experience in all three aspects of split-path testing: (i) the engineering (how to implement? eg, via template-switching middleware); (ii) the analysis (probability theory); (iii) test config--identifying orthogonal features suitable to test.

so there's that plus the app they use. Of all the A/B-test metrics apps i know of that are named in honor of 1980's bands, thumbtack's has the best name, "ABBA"
