As in the article, I'm fairly certain that a number of these girls do have some work done (especially on the nose area), but there's more to the truth here.
That said, I never really understood the point of formality in beauty pageants. They could drop the charade and say "HERE! STARE AT THESE BLOBS OF FLESH AND WATCH ADS FROM OUR SPONSORS! BUY THIS JUNK FOOD, EVEN THOUGH THAT WILL ENSURE YOU'LL ENVER HAVE A BODY LIKE THIS."
