Education is more accessible to the wealthy, so while education meaning more voting influence sounds good at first, it could just lead to even less representation of the lower class.
Is the goal a better representation of the "lower class", or a bigger pie for everyone to share - and therefore a bigger part for each member of the lower class, who could rise and become wealthy too?
