I'm always pleased with Netflix- their product is good and so is their engineering. I'd consider them the ideal company to work for as much of their product is both cutting edge and customer facing.

Looking at the open positions, I see no internships or entry-level positions in Engineering- anyone have any advice on landing a gig there?
