(1) In Uruguayan Pesos, it's meaningless (inflation, etc).
But last year it would have been 9.5x in 7 years
unfortunaterly all the rest is about equal, still no flying car, no affordable housing, no significant robotics, no real replicator, no space ship, nothing.
