WTF. I had no idea it did that, and so I would press the key a bunch of times in a row until it "took". Sometimes 20 or 30 times. Drove me nuts, I just thought my keyboard was intermittently broken. grrrrrrr

I believe MacBooks do the same thing with the Power on/off key as well. It's a good idea.

I hate it. I hate it with passion. It is really disruptive to my type flow as I don't accidentally press caps. I actually press it when I need it.
