Suggest HN: ContactHub, find your friends on new websites
Every time you try a new social app or website (let's say Vine, or Backspaces) you need to find out which of your friends are already there.
In order to find them you're currently offered the option to "connect" with Facebook, Twitter etc. That's nice, but it's still a few clicks per website, and for each you'll need to visit another page and maybe enter your credentials.
ContactHub would be a trusted central service to which you give access to all of your contacts, for all of your different accounts, once and for all.
Then other services would offer the option to import your contacts directly from ContactHub instead of connecting to each service individually. You could of course decide to not share the contacts from some of those services.
Thoughts? Is this worth making?
