Ask HN: How to develop a single SmartTV app for multiple platforms?

I'm trying to build a HTML/CSS/JS SmartTV app that can work on as many platforms as possible (Samsung, LG, etc.) Ideally I would like to use JQuery and Backbone.js. Anyone know how I can accomplish this? Or is it just not possible at the moment to have it work with the same code?
