Reading through.. And no mention of client-side encryption. I'm not sure I see the point - We have lots of competition in this space.

Traffic from the desktop clients to the server is all done over HTTPS

What happens to the files on the server? Do they sit unencrypted (so sensitive files are a no-go)?

@atto - We encrypt the data on the server, AES256 I do believe.
