Outsourcing your job: it might be amoral, but the work gets done.

Giving your VPN login to random people in another country: instant sacking.

I would say the amoral part would depend on the situation...like the whole contractor vs. employee conversation a few comments up.

But the VPN part, totally agree...you'd think that would be common sense.
