Killer office space 2 blocks from BART, need to rent it out

Hello HN,

2600hz is moving to a new office and our office is going up on the market. We're going to be taking a larger space in the same building, but our landlord wants us to fil our old space as a condition of the move.

Our office is 2 blocks from Montgomery BART (just off new montgomery) and we currently have about 25 people in there. Rent is insanely cheap for the space ($4k per month) and the location can't be beat.
