Functional SQL Library for Clojure, Haskell, etc.

Completely over the moon with ScalaQuery (now Slick at http://slick.typesafe.com); is there an equivalent in Clojure, Haskell, or other functional language?

Not at all over the moon with Scala compile times, however, thus the question.
