I voted for Dean Phillips in the primary. He was blackballed. Local party officials even tried to keep him of ballots.
It even got to the point where Ezra Klein was loudly complaining about what was happening, and even he was criticized.
If you want to understand why the Dems keep losing, you have to understand the party machine.
