So far I don't see evidence or explanation of the abuse in the comments. It seems it's abuse because they don't like it.
People are positing a thing known as a market. If there is a labor “market” then we know that supply/demand set prices, ie wages. For many, the notion of “markets” seems non intuitive but the math actually does check out.
Paying a market price for a wage is not abuse.
It is same but every one is getting low salary now.
