Third world countries politicians are 100% corrupt, very focused on rapid wealth extraction and nothing else matters (same as current administration).

When they see the flow of money, the politicians first thought would be how do I capture the money? All of it? Or some percentage of it?

The countries that thought about it a little bit (China) understand this and are rapidly electricifying.
