I was in the opposite boat. As a Firefox user on macOS, I couldn't stand Apple's incessant marketing notifications begging me to use Safari.

If Apple is going to track these nags, they better hold themselves accountable too. Google's misbehavior is no excuse to copy their dark patterns.
