That's exactly why it's a completely irrelvant question. It's unanswerable and unanswerable questions are irrelevant.

By the way my personal test is "Does it dream?".

That's my test to determine if cats or dogs are conscious.

If you dream, it means you have a world model inside and a main thread that traverses it and decides on actions even without actually performing actions. For me it's a proof that embodied object is conscious.
