Fair warning I'm on the team building this, but Sourcebot was made to solve this problem. It's basically multi-repo code search for agents, which we've seen many teams get a lot of value from in large multi-repo environments.

The agents are typically smart enough to invoke the Sourcebot MCP themselves, but some teams also write custom skills to guide their agents to do so in specific scenarios too (migrations, using internal libraries, etc)
