I think the AI provider whose model does “bad things” should be held responsible of such things, going to a “bad place” - such as a prison - if the “bad things” are bad enough. Let’s see how that affects your IPO.
America needs a corporate death penalty. Not for people, but for organizations. The people themselves certainly should be prevented from being an executive anywhere else, but yes, corporations should be allowed to be killed.
It has that. Revocation of corporate charter. It should be used a lot more frequently.
