In the USA. Offshore wind (that's where most of the wind is) is illegal because one of Trump's golf clubs is in sight of a wind farm and he hates it. Solar inverters are also illegal because chy nuh.
I'm absolutely not a fan of Trump and of politically motivated liars in general regardless of their affiliations.
