Why are you spending any of your precious energy defending expired patents for a trillion-dollar corporation?
Because before I click the "Reserve" button I would like to know if this company has any hope in hell to actually ship a device before they are sued into oblivion. I don't like wasting money.
They’re probably questioning the viability of a product that’s accepting preorders?
The original iPod came out in 2001. Any patents on that have hopefully expired at least half a decade ago if not earlier.
