Don't worry, they can afford it. They're rich right?

I mean they may not use their local library or parks either, but they ain't getting a refund for that.

I would like a refund on all public services I don't use. My house didn't burn down yesterday -- where's my fire department refund check?

I'm happy to offer to one. However check with your insurance company as they will have to pay put a much high rate for services should your house burn. This case who subscribe yearly to fire protection get a much better deal than those who don't.

If you opt out and want your house to burn that is only fine so long as you ensure the fire doesn't spread, if there is signs it might spread out have to pay inflated rates for fire service to protect the other houses that you can't burn down with yours.
