Korea is close to that with the looks/weight social obsession. Not free, but trivial to get with close to no checks -vs- required medical reasons in other countries. But on the other hand... it's fueling the looks/weight social obsession, which has its own downsides longterm.

GLP-1 has the tradeoff of hindering enjoyment of the food you do eat, which is understandably a dealbreaker for many.
