More like, you can just launch couple rings of sand into the polar orbit of Starlink altitude ranges. It'll wipe them all off like a window wiper over few days or so. Or the killer sat could have thrusters to rendezvous with each one, but it'll be more complicated with the size of Starlink constellation.
