The power companies will just say that if they let everyone do that, it will kill line technicians and boom, no one gets solar. Happening in the USA today
Transfer panels aren’t all that expensive and required by code.
Doesn't mean they'll let them be used or connected to the grid. Even if you do that in the USA they charge you the same rate for power from your panels as they do off the grid. You have to have an inspector come out just to get off of that default plan even though it is just a computer account update.
