When I worked at Ericsson, there was a company-wide mandatory training. We had to watch a single video. The video was terrible, useless waste of time. And there was a comment section. However, you couldn't see any critical voice there, because of India. They feel the urge to signal that they did something, anything. So it was full with Indians commenting that they watched it.
There are such people everywhere, not just in India.
