As has been predicted for months, I don’t recall where i read it but November has been in my brain for when this crisis is going to start.

They'll push that date to November 4 any way they can.

Beyond the election, I personally think it’s more to do with trying to assert that we’re in control of the Iran situation when we’re not.

Wrong. Dear Leader says gas prices will come down just after the election, when the US wins the war with Iran...for the 30th time.
