Humanity is experimenting with AI and we do not have a single clue about the consequences for humanity and there is no way to stop it either. Im 100% convinced most people will be more stupid due to how humans are lazy by default.

China has banned the use of AI for AI girlfriend/boyfriends, so someone there has some thoughts about potential consequences and wishes to prevent them.

This is such a detractive look at human beings. Maybe the dormancy in intelligence is because things are simply good enough.

We're in a period with the technological ability to have access to all of human knowledge and instant communication, and yet it certainly seems like collective intelligence has fallen quite dramatically. This is likely due to cultural decay and the unadulterated pursuit of money.
