Australia's Deputy PM Defends Data Security After OpenAI Hack

That's wonderful but are there doing to be any criminal charges? An individual does that and they get charged with a crime.

Will OpenAI be charged? Or is it the case that once you're a big enough corporation there are no more consequences?
