The contract (TOS) of you watching my content, is you pay. You may pay in ads, or you may not watch. Anything else is theft.
I've never seen a TOS like that, and it's extremely gross to try to control someone's attention.
Actually I didn’t sign anything. And I will watch online content however I want to. You’re free to paywall it or not put it online at all if you don’t like it, someone else will fill the gap.
No contract is signed at any point.
That’s freedom, if you make it freely accessible I can take it however I want.
There are platforms for paid content, YouTube was never made for it. It’s an afterthought.
