Did we read the same news story? If a bunch of confused Finnish drunks dragged from the nearest watering hole showed up at the polling station, and took orders from a priest of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland on who to vote for, there should be a huge outcry and for good reason. It would be front page news on every paper in Finland.
On the other hand, if said Finnish-Swedes came to cast a vote out of their own free will and personal political conclusions, that is entirely different. What they write on the ballot [1] in the privacy of the voting booth is their business only. Are we really supposed to pretend these two scenarios are the same?
