Not ones whose defense customer base is dwarfed by its commercial customer base.
This is technically true, but OpenAI and Anthropic do not have a moat. Their mid to longterm financial horizons desperately depend on sinking their claws into government contracts which (in time) are larger and stickier than quarterly commercial contracts. Everyone knows Anthropic's customers are feeling tremendous to move to open-weight models for cost-savings which is going to nose-dive their recurring revenue story for IPO.
No defense contractor CEO in history has ever built a company this large, this fast. I don't think anyone is even thinking about firing Dario.
