You can see the authors are trying to create a boogieman by scaremongering how "thousands of homeless voters were registered to shelters where they didn’t live", without pointing out that many states, including California, let homeless people register a shelter as their mailing address.
I see no reason to not assume that your comments of "now daily reports of new voting fraud" are as equally pulled out of the mire as your comment about a US election.
The US experience is that for months after an election there will be many, if not daily, reports of new voting fraud, and with an very high certainty these claims end up unfounded.
So, sure, there can be plenty of claims. There's certainly not enough cause to start throwing bigotry grenades like "Mosque voting" - doesn't Sweden has an entire political party based on "Christian voting"?
