Show HN: The last day of the dinosaurs, as an interactive painting

Because stuff like this isn't particularly impressive to HN readers.

Deharshing this a bit, it's getting to the point where we can all make this with a little prompting. It's like when I one-shorted a cool SPA version of Dope Wars. I could have shared it, but anyone could have built the same thing with a one-sentence prompt.

thank you very much. I was very dismayed by the flag but I am glad you enjoyed it

thank you! yeah that was one thing I was struck by that so much is possible now and can't imagine even the near future

what a time!

why not! :) I first thought this wouldn't have been possible actually but here we are :) Opus used grok cli to generate the images too. a lot of coordination work

thank you! I let opus 5.5 choose the music from a folder of mp3s i have and it matched the scene's dynamism looking at its waveform

this took a lot of interesting ideas coming together tho Opus 5.5 is instructed to use grok cli to generate the images, then review them and then extract the elements (nearly 100 of them) then combining them in a single scene in layers + picking an mp3 from a folder and matching the scenes dynamisms to the file's waveform etc. i think it is pretty cool :)

I like it cuz it is my idea, but I am also very impressed wiht opus being able to coordinate all of this

Interestingly enough, you could read the domain as three separate parts ("echo", "hive" and "ai") and every single one of them somehow reads as AI basically. It's like someone asked an LLM to come up with a name that sounds as much AI as possible, and it put those together.
