Well, yes, in some cases that seems to have happened, e.g. in the Los Angeles mayoral elections where the 'democratic' party made sure to get a third-party candidate - Spencer Pratt - out of the way by paying homeless people to vote for the 'democratic' candidates Bass and Rahman [1,2,3] but this is also seen as election fraud, not 'just voting'.
Clan voting - or Mosque voting - is against Swedish law. It would be against American law as well, and against Dutch and German law and most likely against any 'Western' country's laws related to voting. The vote is supposed to be personal, secret, without coercion, without remuneration or punishment for 'voting wrong'. That is not what happened here so it is not 'just voting'. Claiming it is implies democracy is a lost cause and not something which should be done lightly. The process is far from perfect - as can be seen by the now daily reports of new voting fraud related to the Swedish communist party - but it is still better than the alternatives.

You can see the authors are trying to create a boogieman by scaremongering how "thousands of homeless voters were registered to shelters where they didn’t live", without pointing out that many states, including California, let homeless people register a shelter as their mailing address.
I see no reason to not assume that your comments of "now daily reports of new voting fraud" are as equally pulled out of the mire as your comment about a US election.
The US experience is that for months after an election there will be many, if not daily, reports of new voting fraud, and with an very high certainty these claims end up unfounded.
So, sure, there can be plenty of claims. There's certainly not enough cause to start throwing bigotry grenades like "Mosque voting" - doesn't Sweden has an entire political party based on "Christian voting"?
1: you did not actually read the articles - there are many, now also including one on the fact that international observers are looking into voting fraud in Sweden [1]
2: you tried to read the articles but did not understand what was written because you don't speak Swedish and could not be bothered to pull them through a translator
3: you read the articles, understood what was written but decided it did not fit some desired narrative and as such it was best to deny, generalise and attempt to shift blame to those who noticed what is going on
That there has been election fraud is more than clear. Nearly ever day reports come out about more fraud by candidates for the same (communist) party in different districts. Thus far all those candidates have been of foreign extraction which gives this an extra dimension in the already messy political landscape in Sweden. Denying fraud while blathering about MAGA (which has nothing to do with Sweden whatsoever and seems to be a failed attempt at a "progressive Chewbacca defence* [2]) does not help anyone.

when taking your comments together, and the times we live in, you sound like those people, whether you are or not (I don't know), but that is the world we live in now
I'm a big South Park fan, familiar with the chewie defense, coincidentally I shared that clip yesterday
Denying this reality makes you a conspiracy theorist.
