”Message from Amazon: The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller”
Does the seller earn money from this? Does Amazon? Is that why they are allowed to continue?
based on the messge, Id guess they used some form of amazon fulfillment tool where maybe its also a third party fulfillment network that amazon sells, and said fulfiller screwed up royally? or it was fba and amazon itself screwed up?
in a typical situation said seller would be banned for misconduct, so theres almost guaranteed to be something special going on?
maybe they're ukranian and their fulfilment center was recently bombed out? Usually amazon would still take on the bad debt to make customers whole though.
