At least one of the people from the groups you mentioned turned out to be a guy living with his parents in Jordan. Unless the FBI asks Israel to redirect their war crime machine a little to hit him specifically, he's basically above the law when it comes to this stuff.

Not saying he had anything to do with this particular hack, but I doubt the ones within reach of the American justice department would be dumb enough to actually threaten the FBI like this.
