Ask HN: How do your teams share and distribute agent skills?

I work on TypingMind, so take this with the appropriate bias, but your use case is a close fit.

You can try TypingMind Teams - which provides you an Admin Panel to manage your teams and an AI workspace for your teams to interact with AI assistants. The app lets admins import agent skills, assign them to custom-built AI agents, and then distribute those agents to the entire workspace or specific user groups.

Business users just select an agent and chat—the skills, model, knowledge, and tools are already configured for them.
