The Bitcoin community as a whole is rather susceptible to blind optimism. Good characteristic in a mark, not so much in a financial investment.

They've had problems, just don't leave money there. Dollars or Bitcoins. Do your trade, pull it all out.

And store it where - on your hard drive?

A hard/usb drive somewhere, yeah. With backups.
