It used to be once in awhile someone posts about a neat rust library (that they usually made) plus a bunch of "I did X in rust". Now with AI, its just endless slop that barelly works if it works at all.
Its the same story everywhere, the quality is lost in the slop.
I'd assume Ai slop is the main driver of volume and that the primarily self promotional nature the essence
