If you had a time machine would you go back in time and kill the Wright brothers?

All of this stuff starts with "A person uses AI to do X" I mean no doubt but you don't actually need AI to do any of it.

I'm still not convinced AI destroying humanity is not in the same bucket as Linux taking over the world. Could Linux take over the world? Sure but I don't think it means what the statement might seem to imply.
