I can move my ears. But it's not ears alone, whole scalp skin seems to move and ears get pulled from behind as a result. I learned it from my uncle as kid though by trying to do the same as him.
I can wiggle one ear, very slightly, and it looks like im having an aneurysm when I do it.
One is the "smile". When you smile, your ears (mostly the lower part, the lobule) go up. You can isolate the muscles that pull the skin/ear and donit without smiling.
The other one is the "surprise". Extreme surprise pulls the skin towards the back of the skull. The upper part (the lobe) goes back. You can isolate those muscles, too. John Hamm has this often in Mad Men
