No. The US is a sovreign nation. Noone "made" them act like that, they did this all by themselves and now thy try to shrug the responsibility.

He is unblackmailable; most of the country hates him, and his supporters would not be put off by any conceivable misbehaviour or perversion (if that Russian piss tape ever comes out, do you really think it will change anyone's vote, say?)
