I daily drive CoMaps, and its UI for adding common things like businesses is excellent, just tap a point, tap "add place to OpenStreetMap", choose what you want to add (e.g. restraunt, parking, store, etc.) and fill in the relevant details. It's not a full database editor, it's got just what you need to quickly add things to the map.
