Again, you sound absolutely hysterical.

This isn’t on all the time. It’s on in 15 second increments and clearly chimes when enabled. This is literally just the equivalent of saying “one sec while I get a pen to write this down” and then taking a note.

The summary feature is always running, and is also creepy to me.
