Misleading title. The correct title is: Germany’s far-right AfD projected to win eastern state but unclear if it will be able to govern

Please fix.

The complete title is "Germany’s far-right AfD win historic victory, but fall short of majority in Saxony-Anhalt".

How can I change the title?

Apart from this, "winning" an election is not the same as actually becoming the government.
