If this includes healthcare and non college teaching, it’s not surprising. If it includes ai-induced layoffs, there’s few women there. So without context it’s just bs on Twitter.

This is not saying that all new jobs went to women. The key word from the tweet is "net" – that is, men certainly got new jobs too, but also were let go from them or quit at an equal rate.
