Trying to gaslight me on this topic even though I'm right on the part that matters. the "or" stands in for the context of the fact that Chicken/fish are an order of magnitude healthier for the planet, and frankly, for individuals.
Cows are not for eating, they are holy animals in India, more like pets. I hope you are not advocating eating dogs in west!
