Ask Google: The Nvidia-HuggingFace Deal

My question to Google: "will regulators allow NVIDIA-HF deal"

The following points introduced in Google's answer stand out

"Rather than an outright block, regulators are more likely to push for a conditional approval involving strict legal remedies"

"Because Hugging Face was founded by French entrepreneurs and retains strong European ties, the European Commission is expected to be particularly aggressive in reviewing the deal"

"Ultimately, the transaction marks the beginning of a prolonged legal and regulatory review process that could take many months to resolve"
