And the way it's written, I certainly wouldn't want to trust that provider with my business. "Nobody saw it." is certainly honest but if you don't have uptime monitors for your servers, what else are you missing?

This kind of implies to me that they might well be Romanian, and might not speak English as a first language.

A quick look at their website suggests they're heavily invested into AI tooling, and are in Satu Mare in the north-west of Romania, which isn't especially near the Danube.
